NCO Financial.  It's one of dozens of numbers that they have.  They are Capital One "attack dogs".  A dozen calls a day, usually four voicemails a day....  Let it be a lesson to you...don't let Capital One be the card in YOUR wallet if you ever think you might fall into financial trouble.

I have received two calls from NCO that I have missed.  All of my debts were discharged in bankruptcy which was closed in May, 2011.  If it is Capital One, they were discharged.

Never had a capital on err card, so don't call me

they called but wouldn't say anything when i answered
