Called.. Left no message

Just called, answered but they immediately hung up. Blocked number.

Called asking for my credit card and bank account information. I could barely understand him, but he sounded trustworthy, so I gave him all of my information. He maxed out my cards and withdrew $10,000 from my bank, but promised to give it all back after he pays for his mom's surgery.
