I Told Him I Didn't Get It And That I Knew He Had Nothing To Do With My Merchant Services Company And That I Wasn't Falling For His Scam - In Which Case He Became Rude - I Asked Him What Company I Was With Or What Was My Mailing Address Where The Statement Was Sent.... He Got More Rude....

I Told Him I Wasn't Stupid Enough To Fall For His SCAM And He Said "I Think You Are" And Hung Up On Me ! !....

They Are One Of Those Companies That Pretend To SAVE You Money And Lock You Into A 48 Month Equipment Lease - According to the SBGA website, the company’s electronic payments are provided by Merchant Services, Inc. Merchant complaints indicate that the standard Merchant Services, Inc. contract is a three-year agreement with a $495 early termination fee, a $134 “data protection” fee, a monthly minimum fee that can rise as high as $75 per month, a monthly PCI non-compliance fee of $19.95, a monthly statement fee of $7.50, and other various fees. Merchants (and employees) also mention long-term equipment leases through Northern Leasing Systems that ultimately cost thousands of dollars over the life of the lease. Merchants are advised to purchase equipment rather than lease whenever possible. In general, the knowledge we have about SBGA’s contract terms inclines us to give the company a “D” rating in this category.

Credit card rate review scam. Don't know why they bother. Number blocked.

This number shows up on caller ID as Monroe, NC. Nobody said anything after I answered. I could hear background noise like they were calling from a large call center. They hung up after about 10 seconds after I picked up.

704-937-6040 from Blacksburg, SC called (zip and state don't match) and did the same thing before the Monroe, NC number called. They were only a minute apart.

Called our business claiming to be from "The Department of Merchant Services".  I told her we don't accept credit cards and she suddenly backed off and said sorry we have the wrong information.  These scammers......
