This Skyler has called my daughters phone looking for me this is a major SCAM!! I have reported them to the police and BBB and they are in the BBB as a Scam/Fraud!!! Don't fall for this bs so many sick duranged individuals in this world trying to take people's hard earned money!!! My bank was notified and they said if they try to take money out they will be  prosecuted and asked if I would pursue prosecution and appear in court I said absolutely .Smh!!!

Really need to know who the hell this is. They keep calling my WORK and saying they are working in Litigation and have a law suit against me. I have received numbers calls from a 704-626-XXXX and each time I tell them that they bought false debts as my debt was fully paid since 2008, I give them the information, and then they call with a different 704-626-XXXX number. The latest number is 704-626-7357. I am getting really pissed off and am about to file a law suit for harassment on their [***] since they are contacting me illegally.

Numerous daily calls, approximately 5 in Oct to family members. Pre-litigation call that I maybe charged with fraud. Has left messages with family members and friends. Too much!  Name left was Skylar Nicholas. I never call back.
