Received a robocall to my cell phone at 11:12 AM today.  The recorded female voice introduced herself as "Rachel" with "Cardholder Services."  At this point I hung up.  I suspect this was just another new telephone number for a telemarketer (or perhaps a scam) operating in violation of the DNC law.  In either case, why would I ever do business with this robo-call?  I did not stay on the line to find out any further info.  Why would I waste my cell phone minutes on these jerks?
