Called my mobile, nobody on the line when I picked up.

Called my cell phone, but I missed the call.  I called back and a voice recording came on telling me I couldn't complete the call to "this country."

I got the same as Shattered Helix.  Called back and it said I couldn't use my cell phone to make an "international call".  Turns out the area code 704 is North Carolina.

OMG!!! I cannot believe all these post on this number!  I also received a phone call from this number (yesterday evening) and am here trying to look it up.  It was the WEIRDEST THING!!!  

At exactly 8:39pm my cell phone & home phone ring simultaneously.  My house phone is hooked up to my cable, so when a call comes in the caller ID information pops up on my tv.  So I was sitting there watching TV, when both phones ring simultaneously, caller ID pops up on the TV says Salisbury, NC.  Then I look at my cell phone and it's the SAME EXACT NUMBER!  So weird.  

How is it possible to call two different #s from the same line simulateously?  

What also makes this a mystery is that NO ONE I know has my house #!  I never give that number out because I am NEVER home.  I just tried to call that number and it says "You have reached a number that is disconnected or no longer in service".

Maybe it's a ghost!

I just got a call from this number on my cellphone. I rarely get marketing or unsolicited calls on my cellphone. I answered and it was a recording, a woman's voice speaking in a garbled foreign language. Maybe Spanish, but it was hard to hear.
