this is what came up on the caller ID "V51112041201853, Salisbury, North Carolina (704) 603-6521"

(704) 683-6521 Has called me 5 times in 5 minutes.  I called back and receiverd a message,
"Announcement! No one is available to take your call."  Ialways try to ascertain if there is a reall call or a check to see if someone is hime in order to break in.  I couldn't determine the company.

This caller calls twice in the evening, every evening.

This number tried calling here for the first time today.  I did not recognize it so I did not answer; and thank goodness I didn't, since it is obviously not a legit call.  It showed as "Out Of Area" and the above phone number.
