This number keeps calling and hanging up

I don't even have a credit one card and they have called.

i called back with a my number blocked and it was credit one. I let them know i don't have a card with them nor do i want one. The gentleman who answered was polite and removed me from their call list.

I am not past due on my payments. In fact I always pay 3 times the amount of the minimum payment. But they constantly call my home and mobile phone. When I do answer the phone they hang up. They never leave a voicemail. I called them back once - just to see who it was, and the person that answered identified themselves as a representative of Credit One. She claimed that my payment was past due and that I was over my credit limit and wanted me to provide her with payment information immediately. THIS HAS TO BE A SCAM. I am not past due and not even close to my credit limit. I disconnected the call and then called the customer service number for Credit One, they reassured me that my account was not past due and not over limit, but had nothing to say regarding the strange - almost harrasing phone calls that come in several times a day from a company claiming to be Credit One.
