I got a message saying I was suposed to call this number so they could file or serve me with  a restraining order.  They said I have less than 48 hours to call them back.  The number is several states away from me.  I have no idea what it is for.  Has anyone ever heard anything about this.  I have never been in any trouble with the law or anything like that.

We just got one too.  After Googling the name some stories came up under a different number.   Donnie Brook, special investigator.  Restraining order.  48 hours for us or our attorney to call back and good luck.  It's a scam.

i am so sick of these unknown numbers calling my phone for my husband with this scam of a restrainig order from payday loans saying you have 24-48 hours to settle or you will be going to court anyone knows if you are being sued or have any court matter the sheriff sends you a summons to go to court this has yet to happen this is the second call in 2 weeks the first call was from a Texas  number the call this week was from a North Carolina number im about to look into getting an attorney if i get one more call because its a false accustaion and the calls are turning into harrasement

I got the same message on my work phone yesterday afternoon. I'm glad I googled the number and found your post! I figured it was a scam.

I have received several of these calls from this number between my phone and my husbands , this number is also connected to several other numbers . He told me I was in trouble and they where looking for me with a summons and to appear in court I spoke to donnie and everytime I asked him a question about my case he gave me a different response for my case and what it was for . Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY ANY INFORMATION ONLY LET HIM GIVE IT TO YOU AND NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION This is the biggest scam going right now .
