We received a phone call from this number but could not understand the diction of the caller.  There is a possibility that part of the info given by the caller included the words "regional jail."  We told the caller that we were unable to understand what he/she was saying, and because we, therefore, were unable to communicate, we hung up.  

This phone number belongs to a company named "PayTel".  It is a business that inmates use to place calls to cell phone numbers outside of jail.  It is a paid service paid by someone on the outside of the jail in order to receive phone calls from an inmate to that persons cell phone number.  You can call your phone company and have this number blocked if the calls bothering you.

Called cell phone, when I answered a voice said this is a collect call from - a male voice then came on but I could not understand the name given.  I disconnected call immediately.
