Said they had my med records showing I had heart problems. Asked where they got my records and they hung up.

That would have me very upset.  Seems like an HIPAA violation if they do, in fact, have your records.  I'd contact the hospital to find out if there's been a records breech.  In addition, I called the number and there is a generic answering machine, "the person you have called is not available, please try again later.  No legitimate company or law firm is going to have such a response.  They not identifying themselves on CID nor on their voicemail response.  That spells SCAM. Block the number and have nothing to do with these unethical people.
