I just recived this call also, and also get a busy signal trying to return the call. What the heck and who is this ??

The caller said there was a tax delenquency and that I needed to ASAP. When I called, several times, their line was always busy. The Attorney General of North Carolina should be contacted. These people need to be stopped.

I just got called it rambled on about serious tax delinquency and when I tried to call back it was busy for over two hours of my attempting to call it. This seems more like a scam.
