This call shows up similar to the one from LLM Services 704-909-6399. The name comes across as Haile Rodrique. There is no message nor anyone on the line. They call in the evening and early on Sunday am.

The caller ID appeared to be local, but you could tell the caller was "off shore"- sounded like maybe from the Philippines. She asked to speak with an agent. I told her that I'm an agent(I am an insurance agent).  She then said she was going to send me 10 free leads.  She then wanted my full name.  I told her, "No!" and hung up. My question is, how are they able to transmit a local phone number?
