I am getting the same calls, personal matter, payday loan. Very persistent. Tried blocking the call but it keeps getting through.

I have been getting calls as well. They are saying that i owe to payday loan from 2012. I looked this number up cause it a 704 number but they want you to call a 1866 number. When looking this number up it says scam
