Last Saturday a call came from 704-285-6343 - the highway patrol alleged charity scam. Likely that this slight # variation is a similar scam, if not the same. Did not answer, of course.

Hung up when he said he was calling on behalf of "troopers". Does that mean the highway patrol? Maybe, and maybe not.
