I think it may be Time Warner. They had called me a few minutes before, then I received a call from this number with no message.

The FCC is there to protect THEM from us. If you harass their business I'm sure YOU would be in trouble.

Received calls from this number. They never leave messages and only get recording when I call back. I looked up online it says it is Time Warner Communications, AXS North Carolina, but I called them and they do not have this number listed for their company. There is no way for me to stop these calls and it is very frustrating.

Yes, this number has call me several times now and every time I answer, it hangs up.
I tried to call back and got a message about "sorry we missed your call.."
