YES CAN SOMEONE TELL ME IF BINISH INC IS A SCAM OR NOT ? IF SO I JUST DONATED $200.00 TO THEM THEY STATED I HAD A LAW SUITE PENDING AN WERE GOING TO PRESS  CHARGES.

I had the same thing done to me.  All of my research shows that this is a SCAM!!!!! I didn't really owe them money they must have gotten my name off of a payday loan I applied for and never got.  Decided not to get one but they still had my informations and scared me into paying by telling me I was going to have charges pressed against me and go to jail.

They totally scammed me and keep calling my employer...............
