received same call like this today at work,, threatening to sue me and come to my work ifi did not pay them the gentleman was foriegn could barely understand him.. I did some research by calling the company back and they became very irate with me and hostile would not give me any names , addresses, phone numbers ect, and hungup on me several times..They said the name was CIL... i have an attorney and will be submitting the info to them

I spoke with Mr. Johnson at CIL and he called me 25 times harassing me.  So since he has all my information I told him what he could do with that.  Shove it and I recorded all conversations with him.  He called me at one point and told me he was going to rape me in my house and that he is watching me.  He also said that he could do whatever he wants with my information and that I will not be able to find him.  Which might be true just for the simple fact that he is using high tech equipment which can change the telephone he calls from to any number he pleases.  Here are some of the numbers.

So since I don't have a job and I have unlimited mins.  I am going to call all of these numbers 20 times a day and see how he likes to harassed.  I bet he won't like it.

This same company and gentleman with the accent is calling my home and now harrassing my job.  He also states that he will block my SSN and destroy my credit rating.  I informed him that I am not the person he is asking for but he keeps calling.

This company keeps calling my home and now my job. I have asked them several times to stop and that I am not the person they are looking for.  My job is upset with me and thinks that I do not pay my bills.  This company is ruining my job and my reputation.
