I answered this number and was told to press one for english then when I pressed one I got a recording of music.  I hung up and called it back... anyone know who NCC is?

I received the call from 704-215-4124 on my cell phone.  I said hello two or three times, then realized it was some kind of auto-dial crap, and hung up before anyone connected with me.
