I have to admit, this was a new set of scams that are coming out and was worried for a second. I have had past debt before, but I have all that taken care of them about 3 years ago. I had contacted them, they said be around at your place at a certain time, which I did, nobody showed.

I keep on getting phone calls using my area code and them having me call back on the above number referenced. I simply don't answer anymore, if I do, its just to play with them. They will over time go away or you can block that number if your on the Sprint network :-)

notifying of bogus legal documents to serve. OMG they have been doing this for about 3 years now, using different numbers, but always the same message about delivering the court papers, etc.... Don't even bother with them. As everyone knows, you don't get a call to schedule the serving of papers....legit ones just show up and serve you! They are attempting to collect on debts way past the statute of limitations on collection so resort to any tactics they can.
