COLLECTION AGENCY

DO NOT CALL THEM BACK

This is a Collection Agency.  They utilize false and deceptive advertising messages to get you to call back so that they can verify your number for future harassment.  The message says "we have a check for you please call 1-866...."

If they do call, and you happen to answer,  be polite but DON'T GIVE THE ANY INFORMATION!  Ask for there companies name, the callers name and th city they are calling from.  Get or look up there address and mail them a letter to cease and desist al calls in accordance to Federal Law under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

IF THEY PERSIST TELL THEM THEY ARE IN VIOLATION OF FCRA AND IT'S a $1,000 AUTOMATIC PENALTY THAT GOES TO YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS FOR VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW UNDER FCRA.  SEND THEM A LETTER AND REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AS WELL.

Hope this helps! :)

Sincerely,

Another "John"
