This call (one of many) pertained to "reducing my credit card interest rate" on a card I do not have.  I have received many of these calls, though my cell phone is registered on the "do not call" registry.  The caller is a recorded message, a bother, and a charge to my minutes.  I returned several calls, got a "live person" on the line and told them "Do not call me!"  They hang up, of course.  I wish to report these calls as harrassment.

I just got called by this company on my home number and my cell phone within minutes of each other. They call me almost every day.... All my phones, home and cells, are registered on the Do Not Call list and are updated and checked regularly.

I am really ticked that they are calling me during working hours to annoy me when I am on the do not call registry.  Is anyone in the Government enforcing the Do Not Call Registery AT ALL?????

I am really annoyed.  I send them to voice mail every time they call me.

I have been getting calls from these a-holes for months. I actually got someone from there on the phone long enough to get my message across that I wanted the calls to stop. They did. For a whole 6 weeks. I just filed a complaint with the FCC and encourage EVERYONE to do this with this company. Maybe we will all finally stop getting these nonsensical calls. wouldn't it be great if we could figure out a way to "call bomb" their call center and inundate them with so many incoming calls from a robophone that they couldn't make any outgoing.

I just got a call from this number and no message. I have been receiving calls from 920-602-0879 & this number for months now. Always about lowering my interest rate and same deal, they hang up when i try to tell them to take me off their list. I have also tried telling them i don't have any credit cards so its a waste to call me. How do we get them to stop this stupidity? I just tried to call them back and i got a vm with a loud man saying something, but its unrecognizable to me. The vm was full and I couldn't leave any message either.

I've gotten calls from this number every day for weeks at a time.  When you call them they want to lower your interest rate on a credit card because the credit card company allegedly gave them your name because you qualify for lower interest, but when you ask which credit card they don't know.  They want you to give them the credit card numbers.  If you asked to be put on a do not call list they hang up.  They also hang up if you try to  find out the name of their company.
