I have received calls from this number 4 times in the past week.  It is already on my auto-reject list.  Every time it calls I get a notification that was auto-rejected but also a brief voice mail that says "Goodbye" in an electronic voice.  Also says the call is from Ohio but the area code is North Carolina.
