Ispoke with a Steven Evan, the manager, and explained that when I keep calling back to be taken off the list people keep hanging up on me. After about 4 times I would say "I need to speak to your manager" and they'd still hang up on me. I was calling from my work phone so it wasn't helpful if they kept saying okay and hanging up after about 10 times someone finally transferred me to him.  I put them on my "BLOCK" list on VZ, At least that should stop them.

These guys have called me every morning for 2 weeks, and I've picked up 3 times to find out what they want.  Every time I say "hello," there's silence for a few seconds, and then they hang up.  I'm going to figure out how to report them so that they can't keep harassing people.
