Can he/she STOP calling me ? Are they paranoid? What do they WANT ?

An individual named Flanklin Sanchez (Spanish speaking) called several times about helping my mother lower her cable bill, he claimed he was calling from a communication center that works with Comcast, Cox, AT&T, and others, and the reason for calling was because they call people that are paying to much on cable, and that they can find a lower rate for this customers. My mother is 93 yrs old, unfortunately she gave him her address, SSN and he told her that they have found a lower rate with AT&T and that AT&T woukd go to her house and do the installation today, Thursday, Dec. 15.  Well nobody showed up and when my mom gave me the number to call, all I get is an automated service with no company name, just "Your call is very important to us, please stay on the line and wait for the next agent. This goes on for a few minutes, then a voice comes ansd says "Good bye" . My mother  does not remember the name of the company he gave her, she only has his name and phone number. I am just worried because I can see she got scam, but they have her SSN.  Do not answer any calls from this number, it is definitively a scam.

This Spanish speaking man tried to get me to talk in Spanish also claiming something about Comcast and cable but I kept telling him I won't speak in Spanish. I told him about four times that I won't speak it until he finally got the him. I very well could have but the whole thing smelled way off
