Same thing. Figured was a scam.

I received a recorded message from this phone number saying the IRS is suing me, I called it back and asked how I knew this wasn't a scam and the guy with the foreign accent said " it is a scam so [***] you" and then hung up on me. Unbelievable!

Just got a call from this number, saying that the IRS has a lawsuit pending against me and to call the number back. I didn't even bother calling back. I get calls (unfortunately) like this every year around this time. People filing their taxes and getting their refunds, other people are crooks and try to take advantage of other people. If you ever get a call from anyone, please don't give them any of your information over the phone, no matter what!! Request a written letter be mailed to you. If they refuse it's a scam!!!!

I just received a call from this number.  Called back and they said they are the irs and asked my name.  I said you should know my name as you just called me and he said F..... you and hung up.
