Because of caller ID spoofing (faking) your caller could be anyone, anywhere, in the world. If you do not personally know this person, there is all sorts of trouble here, especially if this involves online dating. Romance scams are VERY common. You see the problem. Of course, your situation could be anything, but if it does involve online dating, remember one simple rule. If at any time you are asked for money, for ANY reason, it's a scam.
