Left a strange message about being late on a pastrami sandwich that I supposedly ordered. Asked me to call them back at the "concierge service". Very apologetic. It almost sounds like a prank.

They knew my last name. I think this might be a hotel and they accidentally think their customer is me or we have the same name and they are using the wrong profile in the computer.

s/w person named Olivia who wanted to know what rate our hotel could offer for a particular date

Claimed to be a company called "Bluelight" (or something similar, the message was breaking up) and told me they couldn't deliver a package to me via UPS; the girl was "sorry for the inconvenience."

It is the concierge service for many credit card companies. I got the call welcoming me to the black card and telling me about the concierge service.
