They have called six times since the end of November. I don't answer. They don't leave messages. They are not Charter! They would not hang up on you if they were trying to sell something. When you answer or call back, you are giving them a better chance to scam you. Fraud/scammers are much worse than telemarketers. Look up all of these types of calls and report them.

THEY WNT STOP BLOWING UP MY PHONE!  All day long they call and if I answer they immediately hang up and then they will call and it will ring twice n hang up and I can't call it back bc it dnt go through
