Me too who is it

I just got one today, didn't answer

Got a call just now on my private cell, I answered and what sounded like a recorded voice said "Hi, this is Jenny, how are you?" I hung up.

I got this same type call earlier today.  I never answered it just went to the message machine.  I never, name or not, answer a call from a name or number that I don't know.
We have a lot of creeps in this day and time that don't have a lot to do.
