I was told I was being caused of fraudulent activities by the IRS and need these to call that number so I can resolve the issue

This is a fraud from someone claiming to be irs. They ask you to send them money order to cover backtaxes. Scam. Scam. Never do it. Irs only communicates via letters. They will never call you to collect.
