Scammer- call & hang up

"Heather" again.  Let it go on, pressed one, then told the dude with the Mumbai accent, "Go to hell, go DIRECTLY to hell, do not pass GO, do not collect!!!" and hung up.  (Just for the record, I haven't paid credit card interest in decades.)

No header or voice mail left.

Total scam shows up as Members Dept....recording saying we can lower your interest rate on your cc this is your final offer ...a man gets on the line who can barely speak english and says the same crap....I said I do not have a cc with you he slammed down the phone

didn't answer, left no message, then checked it out here. Another one to block. glad at&t increased its call blocking from 20 to 100.
