I just got this same call but it came from the IRS # 800-829-1040 and it was a foreign man telling me I needed to call 703-828-0601 right away.

Got a call and voicemail saying, "You're currently being sued by the IRS for Tax Evasion or Tax Fraud. Please contact us ASAP!"
