By the way, I meant to post that this is not legitimate and is a scam. The other number in the caller ID showed: V40119213800002

Received an automated message saying they were from the irs and that I was in deep trouble for tax fraud.  They said that there was a warrant out for my arrest and to avoid this I need to call them back at once.

This fool with the Indian accent called with the static on the line. He is a scam , he is now reported with the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration.
