I just got home and have this number on my message machine they told me to call them back at this number and that its regarding tax fraud and that a bench warrant has been issued for arrest. I have not called this number back I decided to come here first and look the number up 703-828-0433. Good thing I did.

I received 3 messages on answer machine stating he was with Tax & Audit department of IRS and he has a legal petition notice against my name, threatened Non-bailable arrest warrant for tax evasion and tax fraud, bla, bla, bla.  All BS.
Don't pay any attention to these scammers, and check out an actual IRS publication by googling "IRS warns of pervasive telephone scam".  It clearly describes the lengths these scum go to and how they can disguise phone numbers to look like actual IRS numbers, use fake badge numbers, may know last 4 digits of your SS number, etc.  Worthwhile read and lets spread the word.

Yeah, if they really want to run a scam you'd think they would use someone who could at least speak English- so funny that it is sad!

Call from the IRS to inform me that we have a warrant for tax fraud and tax evasion and we must call 703 828-0433 immediately

No they won't go away.  They'll like dormant for a while then come back with even more new and different scams.  Invest in a call blocker.
