I answered even though I did not recognize "POA" because I was expecting a service call and thought it might be them.  Man asked for me by name, said he was calling from the Ffx Co police department, that this was "a friendly call," and asked how I was.  I said I was fine, but that I was waiting for another call, and since I wasn't going to contribute to anything, I was hanging up.  And I did.  Number now blocked.

Someone called from this number and didn't want to say anything when I picked up.  Then after about 15 seconds, the call disconnected.  Probably a scammer.

Received call today, 10/10, from 703-659-0731 with caller ID as POA.  Did not pick up and no message left.  Assume it might be a political call.
