Yea, same here. He had a heavy accent and seem to be reading the statement that he was from the IRS and that there was a warrant against me. HAHAHAHAHA, I picked up in the middle of his reading and said B.S. get off my phone, u lying scam and he hung up. Too bad.....

Received the same call today. In the middle of listening to this liar scum message I picked up the phone. This was a pre-recorded message as no a hole responded to my voice. Yes a very bad scam. I recently learned of a senior citizen who fell for this and sent a $3000 pre paid card to these crooks. Please educate those family members who may not be so tech smart not to fall victim to this scam or other similar scams.

Heavily accented person called and left message that a motion had been entered in federal court regarding tax evasion and that we needed to call him back before a warrant for our arrest was issued.  Too bad the authorities can't act to get these guys caught up in their own web!

Received exact same message, but said sheriff would make arrest. Sheriffs do not enforce federal tax law. IRS agents do. It's BS. Foreign accent didn't help. Fourth grade reader didn't help.
