Does anyone know how to Shut them down, and what happens if you call them back to  give them a piece of your mind?

They keep calling, told my wife they are coming to arrest me. Homeland security is aware but could care less. Local PD can do nothing.

This guy has called me two times with in the past year, both times I called back to be safe and never have the had the correct name.  Then he asks mine, will not give that out.

A call blocker might be of some help.  Also, don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize.
