These persistent calling animals also robo-call on 703-454-0147, minutes apart on a daily basis. These numbers are probably tie-lines rented from Verizon. Despite being blocked, these idiots keep calling.

These animals are reputed to rent a block of at least 12 numbers, on robo-calling tie-lines, to mostly harass real humans. They offer a wide variety of scams. Every number gets blocked, but tomorrow they could rent a new number from Verizon. They are possessed of the devil.
