Got a call and caller ID on my cell showed this # - 703-382-1030. I didn't answer yet no VM was left...go figure.

Received a call, caller left no message on my VM. I called back, I got a machine saying if I wanted to be added to their "do not call list" to press "1", which I did. It then said my request will take up to 48 hours to be processed.
