Caller Id shows "Levine H." Flagged as Scammer on other websites. Robo-called number issued by the Verizon office in Washington VA, which is enabling over 90% of the spam-scam calls in Virginia. This is one of several numbers employed in a rotating robo-called technique by the same criminals. Blocked.
