Email said us attorney will sue me for debt. Target my social security #. I called 703-268-4127. And the middle westerners that answered said I needed to give my social,and I could tell it was totally a call center.the number originated in Virginia. Put downloads in email with arrest warrant. Total scammers!!!!!

Received a very nasty and intimidating email from telling me to call the 703-268-4127 number; said it's from Roy Carter of US Legal Services and they are contacting me for unsecured debts in my name and under my SS#. Told me to call them at the 703# and attached an arrest warrant and a notice - scared the crud out of me!! Email is us.constitution.law@outlook.com - REALLY??!! It should be a .gov email if it's not a scam!

I got a very nasty, SCAM E-mail from somebody calling themselves: Attorney Roy Carter, US Legal Services, (703) 268-4127, telling me to call them, or else.  It looked like this:

The seal that accompanied the email was very official-looking. I was only able to pull-up 1 page. I found the email in my Spam. Kinda scared me. I refused to call the number: 703-268-4127. Have not received any more emails.Rec. email in October 2015

I received a call today on my voicemail threatening to be arrested for check fraud and neglect of debt.  When I checked my email I found a "warrant" and a letter from State Attorney Office, so called and Roy Carter stated I owed outstanding debt of $650 and it needed to be taken care of today or I would be arrested. Then he agreed to payment arrangements and wanted a debit card number. I told him I would call him back and realized its a scam!
