The same guy who called from 979-201-0548 (Cell Phone TX) when I hung up, he called me right back but from 703-204-0015 (Falls Church VA).  He asked for the person who had my phone number 10 years ago!  When I explained that to him and hung up, he called right back saying since I was rude that he could be rude back.  As I was asking him to take my name off their list and never call back, he hung up.
