Auto-Blocked. No idea who this is but they've called many times.

This is a collection agency using a local number to get you to pick up, rather than using an 800 number that most people will not answer. The company is  FNCB (First National Collection Bureau) and they are out of Phoenix AZ. but have many numbers that will make them look like they are from many locations.
