This number Called me at 11pm, the weird thing is no one has this number,  none of my  family,  none of my friends, it's an emergency cell phone. I waited,  called them back half hour later but blocked my number,  of course they didn't pick up, it rang then eventually went to voice mail. It Does make me curious who called especially at that time.
