Answered. A man sounding "in the background" says "oh [***]" in a surprised tone but didn't hang up, so I did. Very odd.

I live in CC yet the number being used has a caller I'd of "out of area" that is really strange. Plus they never leave a message when asked to do so. I should have blocked it when it was ringing now I have to do it manually.

I get calls from this number quite often. I do not answer. When I lived in another state, sO was never bothered by these stupid and aaoying calls.
