I received a call from Sam Kirby, Union Liason looking for a Real Estate Agent in my county, should he want to refer people from his union to me.  No ID on what union.

I too received a call from Sam Kirby, State of Oregon Union Liason looking for a Real Estate Agent in my area, said he wants to refer people from his union to me.

I received this same call form Sam Kirby claiming to be State of Texas Union Liason. Claims he would like to refer his clients to me.  Hmmmm considering  I am a new agent, and the fact that there are relo departments and other channels that handle situations like the one he is claiming to have, I find it highly unlikely that this is legit.  Why is the post above me saying he is the State of Oregon Liason just days ago...further provides proof that this is BS!

I received a phone call from Sam Kirby claiming to be State of Texas Union Liason.  He left me a voice message but gave a different phone number than the one posted above.  (702)347-2593.  The number he called from showed up as "Unknown Caller".  I agree with the Houston Realtor that relocation departments are designed to handle these referrals.
