The caller ID says "Searchlight NV".  They left a voicemail, which was partially cut off:  "... have received an arrest warrant against your name and under your SSN. So before we can go ahead and start the legal actions on your name we want your or your attorney of record to give us a call back, as soon as possible, at 702-213-4418,  I repeat, the number is 702-213-4418. Do not disregard this message"

It was an automated (machine) voice, not an actual person.  Sounds fishy as hell
