They call my house today @t 6;50 saying something about if i was the owner of a computer ... Etc

This started with a foreigner indicating there is a problem with my Windows software, told him I own a Mac and not to call anymore. Now I get a robo call early in the AM or late night 10pm. When you answer there is a pause and then s recording saying goodbye and it disconnects. Caller ID says N & M Andorff. Any suggestions?

Called 10:50 pm Tuesday 5/3. Answered heard nothing for a few seconds then an automated good-bye.

Foreign accent caller says he's calling from Windows; I told him to take my # off his call list.  He said my computer will be blocked.  I said good luck with that and hung up.
