Calls about surveys are no more scam calls than calls from nonprofits.  Neither of them violates the do not call list, which is only for telemarketing.  Chill.

Got a call from 701-575-1361 from Belfield, ND.  I didn't answer it as I didn't know anyone from there nor did I recognize it.

Just got a call from them.  I decided to call the # back after they ended their call.  A recording said "SSI" and then it goes on to talk about surveys.  The recording says they are not selling anything but are just doing "research" and offers instructions on how to opt out of future survey opportunities.  You just email them at optout@surveysampling.com.  Make sure to include your phone # in the body of the email so they'll know what # to place on their do not call list.  Hope this helps everyone.

They've called numerous times & left no message!  It's a "survey", they've said when I pick up. Who calls under the guise of SSI? Only a scammer!

This is the second time I've got a call as last night I got a call from a different number but this is the same as last night from reading thru the comments as I didn't answer once again bc I don't answer unknown numbers!
